Kitakata Ramen Bannai (Jap:喜多方ラーメン坂内) is a Ramen shop which serves ramen originating from Kitakata-shi, Fukushima-ken. Bannai has 61 stores in Japan. Also, there are 3 stores in America. There are ten kinds of ramen at Bannai. I think it's neither expensive nor cheap, but it's average price. I ate the Boiled Chashu Pork Rice Set. It's Kitakata-Ramen and boiled chashu pork with rice and a seasoned boiled egg. The cost is ¥940. The noodles of Kitakata-Ramen have a springy texture!! The soup has a light taste. Everything is delicious. They don't have dessert. So, if you want to eat dessert, please buy it at a convenience store. There are also soft-drinks and sake.
